We are delighted to launch our brand new grief and loss workshops aimed at professionals working with children and young people who wish to gain greater understanding and skills in supported bereaved children and young people. Our face to face workshops will be delivered from our Therapy Centre on Watergate Street by our experienced counsellors Kerry and Emma. Kerry used to be the lead for a children’s bereavement counselling service in Chester and Emma, Emerald’s Co-Owner, has extensive experience working with children and young people alongside their grief and loss. Throughout the workshops we will cover grief theory, the impact bereavement has on children’s and young people and how you can best support them. We will equip you with the knowledge and some practical activities that you can use with the children and young people you support.
